    Makes 1 cocktail

    3 oz champagne (such as Chandon Brut Classic or Reserve Brut)
    2/3 oz Belvedere Citrus
    1/3 oz fresh lemon juice
    Dash of simple syrup

    In a cocktail shaker, add ice, Belvedere Citrus, lemon juice and simple syrup, then shake. Strain into a flute or coupe. Top with champagne.

    Pitcher recipe

    10 oz amaretto-flavored vodka (such as CÎROC Amaretto)
    10 oz pinot noir
    5 oz orange liqueur
    5 oz simple syrup
    5 oz fresh lemon juice
    15 oz sparkling water with lemon

    Stir over ice in 64 oz pitcher.

    Makes 1 cocktail

    1 oz SKYY Infusions Raspberry Vodka
    3 oz red cranberry juice
    1/2 oz grenadine
    1/2 oz peppermint schnapps
    Lemon-lime soda
    Crushed peppermint candy cane

    Rim a martini glass with crushed candy cane. Combine vodka, peppermint schnapps, cranberry juice and grenadine in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Top with lemon-lime soda and garnish with a candy cane.

    Makes 1 cocktail

    1 oz coconut-flavored vodka (such as CIROC Coconut)
    1/2 oz white rum
    1 1/2 oz green tea
    1 oz pineapple juice
    1/2 oz fresh lime juice
    1/2 oz simple syrup

    Stir over ice in wine glass.

  • Happily Ever After Happily Ever After

    Makes 1 cocktail

    1 part of tequila (such as Sauza Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila)
    1 part cranberry/raspberry juice
    1/2 part lemon-lime soda

    Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Serve chilled over ice. To create a layered cocktail, pour ingredients in order given into individual glasses filled with ice. Do not stir. Garnish with a peach and a sprig of mint.

    Makes 1 cocktail

    2 oz HPNOTIQ
    2 oz white wine
    1 oz ginger ale

    Combine and serve in a champagne flute.

    Makes 1 cocktail

    1/4 part raspberry liqueur

    Top with champagne (such as La Marca Prosecco)

    Add raspberry liqueur to the bottom of a champagne flute and top with chilled champagne. Garnish with a raspberry.

    Makes 1 cocktail

    1 part tequila (such as Sauza Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila)
    1/4 part orange liqueur
    1 part passion fruit juice
    1 part soda water
    1/2 part agave nectar
    Lime juice
    Lime peel (garnish)

    In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients and shake vigorously.

    Pour into glass over ice and garnish with a lime peel (optional).

    Makes 1 cocktail

    2 oz whisky (such as Yamazaki 12 year old)
    6 oz apple cider
    Fresh cinnamon

    Shake and strain into an ice-filled glass. Dust with fresh cinnamon. Garnish with two apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
